Education

I am currently a sophomore at Iowa State University, and my major is Elementary Education with an area of specialization in Math. I studied at Black Hawk Community College for 3 semesters, and maintained a 3.53 cumulative GPA. I was valedictorian of my graduating high school class, and had a cumulative GPA of a 4.1.

Experience

Since I am an elementary education major, I've taken classes on how to teach math. This has taught me how to explain the material to students from Kindergarden through 12th grade. I want to be a tutor, because this is my future. I will be teaching, and helping students in school as a career, so this would be an awesome experience and a great learning tool for me.
