I would like to be a tutor because I know when I was in high school preparing for SAT and the ACT I could have used a helping hand. Also because I am not too much older than these high school students and I think it is often times easier to connect with someone closer to their own age. I have completed about 5 years of spanish, and all of my undergraduate core classes. Including Statistics, English, and a Pyschology Course. I would like to consider myself a good teacher/mentor, I have worked with youth in the past as a camp counselor, and I have played basketball for about ten years.

I graduated from East High School in Des Moines, Iowa in 2008. Atteneded Iowa my first year of college on a Full Ride Basketball Scholarship. I then transfered out to Missouri State where I was apart of the womens team their, but recently life has brouhgt me back to Iowa to be with my family. I am a kid a heart and love helping others. I am extremely easy to get along with and have a great sense of humor (not a tough guy!)
