I am currently studying pre med at Iowa State University , majoring in Biology. My GPA in my Science and Math courses have been 4 throughout. I am also involved with research in the field of Genetics, and Evolution. I am also a tutor at the Academic Success Center at the Iowa State University. Apart from this I have also taught in India for a couple of years

Experience

I have a tutoring experince of 4 years with high school and college students and and about 6 years with elementary and middle school kids. Teaching is my passion. I love kids and I love teaching. I have always been a very passionate teacher and it is of utmost importance to me that my students comprehend what I teach , to their maximum abilities. I believe that nothing is "very difficult" and that everything can be taught easily, if you understand the concepts well enough, yourself. I believe in developing a kind of thought process in the child , so that he/ she is actually able to THINK and APPLY his/ her knowledge, while trying to solve the problems, than just merely cramming all the formulas and not understanding anything.

I am a passionate teacher and I love teaching kids. In person, I am cheerful and lively and believe in radiating positive energy and positive vibrations to those around me. I am focused and get the maximum work done in a given time, with 100% accuracy. I am also a very helpful person, specially when it is about academics. I am always willing to answer questions on phone calls, and text messages , even after the sessions, and I would always be available to help , be it weekends, or national holidays.
