I am a junior at Iowa State University studying History education with a minor in Psychology and I'm also working on my coaching license. My cumulative GPA at ISU is a 3.64.
Experience
I don't have any official tutoring experience, but I have always been helping my friends with classes and studying. On the ACT, I scored a 29. I have an interest in tutoring because it is great experience for me as a future teacher, and I feel like being in the education program is one advantage that I have. Also, I have never received a grade lower than an 'A' in any of my History courses at Iowa State, which include: Western Civ., U.S. History, European Science and Culture, Ancient to Early Modern Wonders of the World, and Modern Chinese History. Furthermore, I have taken several Psychology classes, such as: Intro. to Psychology, Developmental Psych, Social Psych, and Biological Psych. Lastly, I have great study skills that I am able to instill on my friends who I help study, and I can do that with any students I tutor.
