Experience
I have worked for the Boys & Girls Club as a tutor. I also have worked as an ESL teacher to German students. Currently I am a tutor with the Upward Bound Program. I am currently studying English and Linguistics, and I plan to enroll in Graduate School after this year, where I plan to study Applied Linguistics. I have also taken many Curriculum and Instruction courses, which have helped me with my tutoring. Currently, I am taking a Teaching Methods course, where part of the class is to tutor and teach students. My strengths include being able to simplify materials so that it becomes easier for students to understand, and I also am able to motivate students into wanting to learn and enjoying the learning process.

Mon/Wed/Fri after 10AM, Tues/Thurs after 4PM, Weekends at any time

Hobbies
My hobbies are reading as much as time permits me, and also writing. I love keeping up with what is going on in the world and watching and reading the news. Another great interest of mine are foreign languages. I currently speak 3 and hope to add more in
