I spent two years at the University of Oregon and just moved to Ames to attend Iowa State University to study engineering.
Experience
I worked at a SCORE! Educational Tutoring center for two years in high school in California where I grew up, working with children grades PreK-10. I babysit frequently and have worked at camps with middle school and high school kids for the past four summers. I have three younger sisters (senior and freshman in high school, and 2nd grade). I often times help them with math homework. I'm patient and really enjoy working with middle and high school kids and helping them learn. I enjoy math and am great at explaining things in practical ways by breaking things down into easily understandable steps.
